Co-creation and governance of Integrated Public Services
This Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) includes five courses for public administrations, businesses, NGOs, and citizens related to: 1) The basics of Integrated Public Services including an overview and best practices, 2) The co-creation of Integrated Public Services including an overview, public values and principles and best practices, 3) Technologies for Integrated Public Services including and overview, architecture and chatbots, 4) Policy recommendations for Integrated Public Services including an overview, conceptual models and aspects related to sustainability and 5) Practical Recommendations (Holistic Framework) to support Public Authorities in adopting Integrated Public Services including political, governance, legal, technical and stakeholder engagement aspects.

- Short description: This Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) includes five courses for public administrations, businesses, NGOs, and citizens in order to increase their capacity in co-creating and using Integrated Public Services (IPS). It also includes courses that provide practical recommendations regarding political, institutional, technical, legal and social issues of applying the new IPS governance models.
- Teaching objectives & learning outcomes: Students who successfully complete this course must be able to: 1) understand the basics of Integrated Public Services, 2) understand the way co-creation can be used at Integrated Public Services, 3) understand the technologies and architectures for developing Integrated Public Services, 4) understand the policy recommendations needed for adopting and sustaining Integrated Public Services and co-creation and 5) understand practical recommendations (political, governance, legal, technical and stakeholder engagement aspects) for Public Authorities for the adoption of Integrated Public Services.
